30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At tryenova, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • To start a return, please contact our support team at support@tryenovashop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@tryenovashop.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
